The Best Things to do this February Half Term
It can be a bit tricky to find family-friendly activities at February half term. The weather is usually not great and kids can get bored easily. - Dippy the Diplodicus on tour in the North West
World famous Dippy the Diplodicus from the Natural History Museum is on tour! And you can see him in Rochdale – your only chance to see him him here in the North West! There will also be a range of related family friendly activities for you to take part in.
- Painted dens at Tate Liverpool
Time to get creative and messy at Tate Liverpool’s February half term workshop. This half term there will be canvas dens where you can use your hands, feet and paintbrushes to decorate canvases that you can sit, hide and play in.
- Get hands on with history at Beeston Castle
This February half term your little lords and ladies can enjoy hands on activities including learning to sword fight or shoot with a bow and arrow.
- North West puddle jumping competition at Martin Mere
Dress up warm, get your wellies on and get outside to jump into puddles to win prizes.
Puddles will be set up for you to practice in with the competition starting at 2pm.
