Greenbank Sports Academy School Holiday Programme
The Greenbank Sports Academy School Holiday Programme is for disabled children, their friends and family aged 8 – 16.
These multi activity days are designed to explore your child’s creativity and encourage them to be active with our wide range of sport activities to ensure that your child has a fun-filled day with us. They run on selected days, 10am – 4pm, during term and half term breaks.
Activities include:
– Creative sessions include art, cookery and gardening.
– Sport sessions could include football, basketball, boccia, indoor athletics, rebound therapy, wheelchair sports, adapted cycles and curling.
We also arrange days out during the holidays, this could be a challenging walk, a fun jump about at a trampoline park or to a chance to see exotic and dangerous animals at an aquarium.
£20 per child, per day (plus booking fee)

Packed lunch £3.50 (or children can bring their own packed lunch)
Early drop off (9am) £5.00

Disability Sport & Activity Programme
These disability sports sessions are a great opportunity for disabled children to get involved in sport and have an active lifestyle as well as being a great social opportunity.
The aim of our Disability Sport & Activity Programme is to break down barriers and make it easier for anyone with a disability or additional needs, regardless of impairment to get active. Specialist equipment such as sports wheelchairs are available where needed and experienced disability sport coaches deliver sessions. All coaches are DBS checked and have appropriate training.
Disability sports available include:
– Boccia
– Inflatable Obstacle Course
– Rebound Therapy
– Cycling
– Power Hockey
– SAVI (Sports & Activities for the Visually Impaired)
– Table Tennis
– Power Football
– Wheelchair/Walking Frame Activities
– Sunday Fitness Club
Sessions take place evenings and weekends. A small fee is payable for the sessions.
