Exercise with baby is a unique postnatal exercise and recovery program, that really works at getting mummy fit, strong, toned and energised. All while Baby is included and has lots of fun with you too!
(Don’t be fooled though, this is serious exercise : )
Using a variety of interactive techniques (songs, movement, dance & visuals) baby is included and engaged with throughout our entire sessions, making our program a fun bonding experience for both mummy and baby.

Our Levels have been carefully designed for both Mummy’s and Baby’s changing needs, from 7 weeks to 17 months.
We create a fun friendly atmosphere and our groups are a great way to meet and socialise with other mummies and babies 🙂
